Our Patrons

Standing with the animals and us, every step of the way.

Our patrons play a special role in the life of Pear Tree Farm Animal Sanctuary.

They lend their voice, visibility, and support to help shine a light on the realities faced by farmed animals, and the compassionate work being done to protect them.

We are deeply grateful to those who stand alongside us and believe, as we do, that every life matters.

What Being a Patron Means to Us

Being a patron isn’t about titles.

It’s about:

  • Believing in kindness over convenience

  • Speaking up for animals who cannot speak for themselves

  • Supporting rescue work with integrity and compassion

  • Helping others see animals as individuals, not industry

Our patrons help amplify our message, and remind the world that change begins when we choose to care.

Josette Simon OBE

Patron, Pear Tree Farm Animal Sanctuary

Josette Simon OBE is an actor, activist, and long-standing advocate for animal welfare.

After confronting the realities of animal agriculture, Josette chose compassion, changing her own life, and using her platform to encourage others to do the same.

Her support of Pear Tree Farm Animal Sanctuary reflects a deep commitment to:

  • Ethical animal rescue

  • Honest education

  • Respect for all living beings

We are honoured to have Josette as our Patron.

“Pear Tree Farm Animal Sanctuary is a very special place. The animals arrive broken in body and spirit, and are nursed back to health by the skill, care, love, and dedication of a remarkable team. They work tirelessly with very little, relying entirely on public donations, and what they have achieved is extraordinary.”
