Sponsor an Animal
Change one life. Feel it every day.
Sponsoring an animal at Pear Tree Farm Animal Sanctuary is a way to form a real, lasting connection with someone who needs you.
Not symbolically. Not temporarily. But in a way that helps provide comfort, care, and security, every single day.
Your sponsorship helps keep an individual animal safe, fed, warm, and loved, while allowing us to continue rescuing others in need.
What Does Sponsorship Mean?
When you sponsor an animal, you’re helping to cover the ongoing cost of their care, including:
Nutritious food and fresh water
Warm bedding and safe shelter
Veterinary care and ongoing treatment
Daily hands-on care and enrichment
Many of the animals here cannot be rehomed.
Sponsorship helps ensure they never have to worry again.

Ada the Goat
Ada arrived at the sanctuary as a one-week-old kid, saved along with her siblings from the dairy industry. She was tiny, frightened and unsure at first, but with time, care and lots of bottle feeds, she learned she was safe. Now fully grown, she is affectionate, vocal, and full of character. She loves hay, being close to her sister Bella, and making sure the humans know exactly what she wants.
-

Daisy the Sheep
Daisy arrived at the sanctuary already blind and very unsure of her new surroundings. With patience, routine and the support of her friends, she learned to feel safe and navigate her world with confidence. She now lives peacefully with her flock, enjoying quiet days grazing and warm straw beds at night.
-

Jason the Horse
Jason was born wild on Bodmin Moor and later sold as a riding pony, passed between owners who tried to “break him in.” When he arrived, he was nervous and wary, but over time he learned he was safe. Now he lives calmly with his friends, enjoying hay, muddy rolls, and galloping freely in the fields.
-

Sabrina the Ferret
Sabrina was rescued from neglect and exploitation and arrived fearful and defensive. With time and kindness, she learned to trust and became playful, sociable and affectionate. She now lives happily with her ferret family, spending her days playing, exploring and snuggling into warm cuddle piles.
-

Stompy the Pig
Stompy was sold as a “micropig” and quickly grew too big for his original home. When he arrived, he was energetic and mischievous, but soon settled into sanctuary life. Now he enjoys rooting in the soil, lounging in his straw bed, and spending time with his pig friends, living the life every pig deserves.
